TRAINING
All public classes take place virtually via our live, interactive Virtual Classroom. These are not pre-recorded, you will interact in real time with your trainer and fellow delegates.
Private/in-house classes can be arranged at your request if required.
You will need a computer or laptop with a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a webcam.

Yes; pre-course study is required for our Internal and Lead Auditor training programmes. You will receive all pre-course material, course links, a timetable, and a pre-course assessment 7 days before the course begins (upon receipt of payment or a confirmed Purchase Order).
Yes. Private group training can be arranged at your premises or delivered virtually for your team. In-house training is cost-effective for organisations wishing to train multiple staff at once and can be tailored to your industry context. Contact us at info@iqc.ie for a quote.

Yes — IQC now has its own dedicated offices and training rooms, available for both public courses and private in-house training.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
Payment can be made by credit/debit card through our secure online booking system, or by electronic bank transfer using the details on your invoice. Purchase Orders are also accepted from organisations with approved credit accounts.
You will receive your course links, timetable, and pre-course materials 7 days before the start date. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive these in your inbox.
Yes. A substitute delegate can take your place prior to 24hrs ahead of commencement of training. Please notify us as soon as possible with the replacement delegate's name and contact details.
CERTIFICATION
We aim to notify all successful delegates of their results within 10 working days of course completion. Certificates are typically issued within 21 days. All certificates since January 2019 are issued electronically.
Yes. Please contact us at info@iqc.ie and we will do our best to assist. All certificates issued since January 2019 are stored electronically for a minimum of three years.

POLICIES
Cancellations with less than 10 days’ notice require full payment. A substitute delegate may take your place at any time. Refunds are not issued. If you cancel with sufficient notice, we will transfer your booking to a subsequent course within 12 months of your original booking date.
If you cancel outside of 10 days prior to the start of training you are entitled to a full refund.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify all registered delegates as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or a transfer to the next available date.
Attendance requirements are set by CQI-IRCA for accredited programmes. Missing sessions may affect your eligibility to sit the final assessment. Please contact us immediately at info@iqc.ie if you anticipate any absence.
Yes. IQC processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable Irish data protection legislation. Your data is used solely to administer your training and certification. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on our website for full details.
