This is an online Webinar that will run from 6.30pm – 9.30pm (or later if required).
This course aims to provide delegates basic knowledge of, occupational health and safety management systems, in preparation for either our Internal or Lead Auditor Program.
By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:
Explain the purpose of an occupational health and safety management system;
Outline the structure and content of ISO 45001.
Explain the specific occupational health & safety management system related requirements of ISO 45001.
Outline the processes involved in establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, measuring, analysing, evaluating, reviewing, maintaining and improving an occupational health and safety management system, including the significant of these for OHSMS auditors.Explain the terms and definitions defined and used in ISO 45001.
Outline the structure and content of ISO 45001 with reference to the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle and the model of a process-based occupational health and safety management system. Explain the specific occupational health and safety management related requirements of ISO 45001.
You will be able to Explain:
the purpose of an occupational health and safety policy.
how top management demonstrates leadership and commitment.
the requirements for occupational health and safety objectives and the relationship between them, the occupational health and safety policy and management review.
hazard identification and assessment of risks contributes
how to plans, implements and controls the processes needed to realise the intended outcomes of its occupational health and safety management system, and how any outsourced processes, products and services are controlled.
