This programme is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to be able to conduct effective on-the-job and classroom-based training.

• Understand the different stages of the Systematic Training
Cycle;
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and confidence
levels in 1-to-1 and group instruction;

• Present a training programme to individuals or a group and receive feedback their performance;
• Utilise appropriate training assessment techniques; and
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes.

This Training Delivery and Evaluation Course is recommended for those that aim to achieve a “Train the Trainer” qualification and move towards a career in training.
Training delivery skills and evaluation methods are the key topics.
Delivered over 4 days, Training Delivery and Evaluation Courses are suitable for delegates from all backgrounds who want to gain confidence delivering training.
This course is based on the ADDIE Model.
Analyze;
Defines the learner's needs, current knowledge, and learning goals.
Design;
Outlines learning objectives, assessment instruments, exercises, and content structure.
Develop;
Creates the actual learning materials, including presentations, workbooks, or e-learning modules.
Implement;
Delivers the training to the target audience, whether in-person or online.
Evaluate;
Assesses the training's effectiveness and continuously improve content and personal delivery skills.
