Who are IQC?
IQC is a CQI_IRCA Approved Training Provider (ATP). We have been in business since 1997 and we are one of Irelands’ leading providers of Training, Consultancy and Auditing in Quality Management Systems, Environment, Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement across all industries. We have a team of experts servicing all industries in relation to Management Systems however; we do have particular expertise in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Bio-Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industries.

The Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) is a global professional body advancing the practice of Quality Management in all sectors. The International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA) offers certification programmes (in conjunction with CQI) that recognize the competence of auditors who audit Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, Software Development, Information Security and Food Safety Management Systems. Is parking available?
Yes, parking for our delegates is available at the above locations of training.
What does the course fee include?
The course fee includes tea/coffee refreshments and lunch, all course documentation, examination fee, IRCA levy fee (where applicable) and Course Certificate.
Do I need to bring anything with me for the training?
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn is the only thing you need to bring with you.
I don’t have a car, is there public transport to your location?
Dublin - Louis Fitzgerald Hotel, Dublin: Luas - Red line Luas stop Red Cow Park & Ride, Bus Number 13 from Dublin city centre.
Galway - Maldron Hotel, Galway: Five minute walk from Oran Town Centre. Bus – City Link and Bus Eireann Express Route 20. The Number 404 will take you to Galway City. Oramore Train Station is a 20 minute walk from the Hotel. This is served by routes from Dublin Cork and Limerick.
Cork - Acorn Business Centre: Bus to Mahon, 215/215A or 202. Alight at Skehard Road and it’s then ten-minute walk from the bus. Please contact us at (01) 2040646 or email email@example.com to obtain map & contact phone number in advance of the training.
Are there special B & B rates for the hotels if you are staying over for the training?

Is pre-course study required?
Yes for our Internal and Lead Auditor training programmes only. You will receive this material on receipt of your payment or if you have booked by Purchase Order, at least one week in advance of training. This email will also include your timetable for the duration.
How do I pay?
Through your on-line booking you have an option to pay by credit card and by credit transfer. Our bank details are included on your invoice.
Does the charge for this training include VAT?
There is currently no VAT on most of our training. Please pay close attention to the invoice you receive.
Is lunch provided?
Yes lunch will be provided.
I have lost my certificate, can you help me?
Should you require assistance in this regard please contact email@example.com where we make every attempt to assist you. (Note since Jan 2019 all certificates are issued electronically and we will therefore guarantee to retain copies for at least three years).
What time will my training start and finish?
All class room training commences each day at 8.30am and finish at 5.30pm. On-line Webinars will commence at 6.30pm and finish at 9.30pm.
Note there is usually a requirement to conduct some additional work / reading in the so please allow between 1-2 hours each evening.
How soon will I get my Certificate?
It will depend on your type of training however we anticipate that all successful delegates will receive notification of their results within 10 days and their certificate within 21 days of completion of the training.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations with less than 10 days notice require payment in full. A substitute can take your place at any time. Refunds will not be issued. In the unfortunate event you need to cancel your training (and give the relevant notice) we will provide you with a date of subsequent training 12 months of your original booking.
What is the process if I am unsuccessful with my final assessment during the training programme?
As per the rules of CQI_IRCA, you have 12 months from last day of training to repeat the final assessment using a different paper. If you are unsuccessful on this occasion you are required to re-sit the complete training programme to obtain your Certificate.
