This programme is applicable to those who are working in highly regulated environments writing documents that require regulatory oversight.  
 
Following on from the one day Technical Writing course this additional 1/2 day training gives those working in a regulated environment a “Regulatory Oversight”. You will learn how to write technical documents for regulatory review. 
 
Delegates inform the tutor (s) on day 1 of their key areas / industry and spend day two implementing further key skills achieved in day 1.

The role of a Technical (Regulatory) Writer is to produce documents that are submitted in some form to a regulatory authority or designated (notified) body. Regulatory documents should transmit the necessary information accurately, transparently, and clearly to the reader. 
 
Course Objectives 
On completion of the Technical Regulatory Writing 1/2-day course participants will be able to: 
plan, develop, write, review, revise documents that are clear, concise, and regulator-centric content. 
ensure they have considered the relevant regulations, directives, and regulatory issued guidelines relevant to their topic 
define the purpose of the document in relation to the above 
ensure the document is Clear, Concise and Consistent 
use cross referencing and avoid repetition 
ensue a logical flow throughout the document 
select the right reviewers and approvers
